It’s been three weeks since I started the online course Timeless You with Deepak Chopra, and I couldn’t be happier!
Incorporating the meditation techniques and simple exercises into my daily routine has been easier (and more fun!) than I expected.
Since I’m exercising more, I’m able to sleep better and stress less. So while I have greater energy, I also feel more relaxed.
The course has taught me that it’s never too late to change the way you think about yourself, your body and aging.
